HOW TO ASSOCIATE WITH SAHIC

1. Membership Obtaining Procedure

i). For becoming a General Member: Paying Tk.200/- per year (Renewable every year) with Tk.100/- one time, as processing fee. Anyone paying tee amounting to Tk.10,000/-(Tk. Ten thousand) at a time with one time processing fee of Tk.200/- will be considered as Life Member and shall not have to pay annual fee.

2. Donation Procedure

• Donation of any amount isaccepted with thanks and gratitude, through a money receipt.
• An amount of Tk.1,00,000/- and above, as one-time donation shall be commemorated by inscribing the name and address of the donor, or their nominee(s) in the board displayed in the main lobby and Seminar Hall.
• By donating Tk,10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lacs) to SAHIC, as BED DONATION for one Male or Female Bed of SENTH. A Name Plaque in the name of donor or his/her nominee is displayed on the front side of the BED and this bed is provided to poor and destitute patients free of cost.
  Any donation can be sent directly to the savings account with “Pubali Bank Limited”, Account Name: “Society for Assistance to Hearing Impaired Children (SAHIC)” Savings Accounts No: 3677101060319, with intimation to SAHIC or to deposit in SAHIC Office (During 8 am to 2:30 p.m. Saturday to Thursday, except FRIDAY and Govt, Holidays).
  It may be mentioned that, National Board of Revenue Vide their SRO No.11- Aain/2010 of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 has exempted Income Tax for the donated amount to SAHIC.
