Dr. M.A. Samad, MBBS, DLO (D.U.) rendering his services as Senior Consultant, Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC. He received his medical education at Rajshahi Medical College, Rajshahi. Followed by Diploma in Laryngology and Otology (DLO) degree from IPGMR under Dhaka University. He trained in the field of Research Methodology in Thailand by World Health Organization and fellowship training by Takeda Science Foundation, Japan in the field of Physiology of hearing and Pathology of deafness for a period of three months. He has presented papers at various national and international seminars and symposiums at home and abroad, reflecting the activities of SAHIC. He is working for SAHIC since 1994.
Dr. Akhil Chandra Biswas currently acting as Senior Consultant at Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC, Bangladesh was graduated (MBBS) from Sir Salimullah Medical College under Dhaka University in 1992. He received MS in Otolaryngology under Dhaka University and BSMMU in January 2003. After post-graduation he served health service, Bangladesh Government for few months. Leaving government service he joined and worked with Bangladesh Medical College, Dhaka for 15 years as Assistant and Associate Professor in Otolaryngology and Head-Neck surgery. As Senior Consultant he served with reputation at ENT department of Appolo and Evercare hospital, Bangladesh from September 2019 to July 2023. From early days of his career he attended different types of workshop and training program at national and international level in Microear surgery, head neck surgery, endoscopic nasal and skull base, cochlear implant and lateral skull base surgery. He has versatile experience and expertise in Otolaryngology.
Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain MBBS: DA is a Senior Consultant and Departmental head of Anesthesiology at SAHIC Specialized ENT Hospital, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his Medical Graduation from Rangpur Medical College, Bangladesh. He earned his advance Medical Degree (D.A) from Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He attended Nanavati Hospital Bombay, India and received Specialized training on C.P.R and Anesthesia. He also worked as a Senior Consultant at Sharawardy Medical College Hospital from 2016 to 2019. He is working with SAHIC.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Datta, MBBS, DLO (D.U.) Now working as a Consultant at Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC. He obtained graduation from Rajshahi Medical College, Rajshahi and Post Graduation training from IPGMR (at present BSMMU) Dhaka under Prof. M. Nurul Amin, renowned ENT Surgeon of Bangladesh. Obtained DLO degree from IPGMR under Dhaka University. He is rendering service at SAHIC for last 27 years as ENT Specialist and surgeon.
Dr. Md. Shahinur Arefeen MBBS, DLO, working as an Associate Consultant at Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC. He achieved his medical degree from Dhaka National Medical College & Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh during 2002 and DLO from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Dhaka. He completed Temporal Bone Dissection Course from Bradford Royal Infirmary Hospital, UK and attended UK evidence Based Conference (Management of Persistent {Un-explained} Physical Symptom) from Freeman Hospital-Newcastle, UK. He is working for SAHIC since October 2006.
Dr. Md. Aslam Hazari MBBS, DLO is an Associate Consultant of specialized ENT hospital of SAHIC. He completed his MBBS degree from sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka. Then he completed his post-graduation degree in ENT from Dhaka Medical College under Dhaka university. He heightened his professional skills by FESS training at UCL in London, advance ENT and head neck surgery training at Bradford in England, anterior skull base and advance FESS training from Singapore general hospital, middle ear and Mastoid surgery course and FESS training at VIMS in India. He has special interest in anterior Skull Base,ESS and Rhinoplasty surgery. He is rendering service at SAHIC since 2002.
Dr. Prodip Kumar Biswas, MBBS, DLO working as an Associate Consultant at Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC. He earned his medical degree from Rangpur Medical College, Rangpur and completed Diploma in Otolaryngology (DLO) Dhaka Medical College under Dhaka University. He is working in SAHIC since November 2011.
Dr. Mohammad Wakilur Rahman, MBBS, FCPC, working as an Associate Consultant at Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC. He completed MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College Hospital in 2008. Then he completed FCPS in 2015 from Bangladesh College of Physician & Surgeons (BCPS). He worked as an Assistant Professor & Head of the Department of ENT in City Medical College & Hospital, Gazipur & East-West Medical College & Hospital, Dhaka from 2015 to 2018. He attended in Advanced fellowship programme in Head-Neck surgery department BSMMU for 1 year. He is working in SAHIC since September 2018.
Dr. Mohammad Noor Nawaz, MBBS, DA is working as an Associate Consultant of Anesthesia at Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC, Mohakhali, Dhaka. He completed his basic medical degree from Shaheed Captain Monsur Ali Medical College Hospital, Dhaka in the year 2003. He has then received training on Anesthesia from Dhaka Medical College Hospital in the year 2005 and obtained his advanced medical degree on Anesthesiology from Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, Rajshahi in the year 2011. Since then he has been working in the field of Anesthesia at different reputed
Hospitals in Dhaka.
Dr. Md. Imran Rahman, MBBS, DLO, working as a Junior Consultant at Specialized ENT Hospital of SAHIC. He completed his medical education from University of Science of Technology Chittagong (USTC) during 2003 and passed DLO form Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in 2016. He is working in SAHIC since September 2008.
